The role

GlowSpark is looking for friendly, confident and trustworthy people to introduce customers to GlowSpark Plus, our £9.99 monthly cleaning membership. This is a flexible, field-based position. You can speak to potential customers at residential doors, local offices and businesses, approved town-centre locations and busy high streets.

Illustrative earning potential

Someone working ten hours per week could earn approximately:

5 retained sign-ups a week
around £18/hour
8 retained sign-ups a week

These are illustrations once both commission stages have been earned, including any monthly bonus that would apply. Commission and total earnings depend on individual results and are not guaranteed. Your guaranteed hourly wage is unaffected if a customer later cancels.

What is GlowSpark Plus?

GlowSpark Plus costs £9.99 per month and gives eligible members:

✓Cleaning at £16 per hour instead of the standard £19 per hour
✓Priority access to cleaners and available booking times
✓The option to request the same cleaner, subject to availability
✓Cancellation up to one hour before a booking instead of 24 hours

For example, a member booking a three-hour clean saves £9 on the cleaning rate, while also receiving the other Plus benefits.

Flexible hours that fit around you

This position is designed to work around studies, childcare, another job or other commitments.

✓Choose between approximately 8 and 16 hours per week; most team members work 10 to 12
✓Select available shifts in the GlowSpark Pro app
✓Shifts are normally at least three hours
✓There is no requirement to work full-time
✓Once you accept and GlowSpark confirms a shift, the agreed working time is paid

Monday to Friday

4pm to 8pm, residential areas

Saturday

10am to 6pm

Approved offices, town centres, events and high-street locations may also be available between 10am and 6pm. GlowSpark supplies approved areas and locations. You will not be expected to obtain high-street permissions yourself or approach properties displaying a “No Cold Callers” notice.

Customers scan your QR code and subscribe on their own phone, or complete the secure sign-up on your device while you are with them. Customers always review the membership terms and enter their own personal and payment information. You must never write down, photograph, retain or handle a customer’s card information, and GlowSpark does not accept cash subscription payments.

What you will do

✓Introduce GlowSpark and GlowSpark Plus clearly and professionally
✓Explain the membership price, savings and benefits accurately
✓Speak to residents, offices and members of the public in approved locations
✓Help interested customers access the secure sign-up process
✓Use your GlowSpark app to record activity and monitor earnings
✓Follow approved scripts, customer privacy rules and conduct standards
✓Respect customers who are not interested
✓Represent the GlowSpark brand positively in your local community

This is consultative selling, not aggressive selling. Customers must never be pressured or misled, and benefits such as cleaner availability must not be presented as guaranteed.

Who we are looking for

You do not need previous sales experience. Full training is provided. This role may suit you if you are:

✓Friendly, approachable and confident speaking to new people
✓Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
✓Honest and able to explain prices and terms clearly
✓Reliable for shifts you have accepted
✓Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
✓Able to work outdoors and remain positive when customers decline
✓At least 18 years old
✓Legally entitled to work in the UK

Duplicate, fraudulent or deliberately misleading sign-ups do not qualify.
